City Walls - Yedikule Theodosius II’s city walls are among the most fascinating Byzantine remains to be found in Turkey. Since being built in the 5th century, the city walls have been breached by hostile forces only twice. The first time was in 13th century during the Fourth Crusade and the second time was in 1453 under Sultan Mehmet the Conqueror.

Golden Horn In Byzantine time the Golden Horn provided a natural harbour for commerce of the city. Theodosius II had ramparts with 20 gates built along the Golden Horn. There are three bridges on the Golden Horn except Old Galata Bridge. Old Galata Bridge was completed in 1845.

Spice Bazaar It is the famous covered bazaar after Grand Bazaar. It is called also as Egyptian Bazaar due to the arrival of goods via Egypt. The bazaar is vibrant with aromas and colours at all hours of the day. Spice Bazaar is a good place for buying any kind of spices.

Bosphorus Cruise & Bosphorus Bridge You will have a chance to see best view of Bosphorus wooden houses along the shores. Also you will be able to see Rumeli Fortress from the sea. Rumeli Fortress is the biggest fortress of Istanbul. Bosphorus Bridge is first one which connecting Europe and Asia. It was opened in 1973. The bridge is 1.560 meters long.

Rumeli Fortress was built by Mehmet the Conqueror in four months in 1452 to cut off aid via the Black Sea to beleaguered Constantinople. It gives the name of the quarter around it. The three great towers were named after three of Mehmed II's veziers. The castle is now a museum and open-air theater for various concert at festivals.

Beylerbeyi Palace It is the second palace which built on the Bosphorus. First structure was begun in 1829 and completed in 1832. Beylerbeyi Palace has six living rooms. It is a summer palace generally used to entertain foreign dignitaries as French Impress Eugenie, Franz Joseph of Austria, King Edward. Beylerbeyi Palace is the largest and most elegant Ottoman Palace on the Asia. Mahmud II resided here first time.

Camlica Hill You will enjoy with an amazing view of Bosphorus. Camlica Hill is one of the highest peaks of Istanbul with 288 meters. You will have a chance to see Bosphorus, Peninsula, Galata, Beyoglu together.
