RENT A CAR

*** The rates are included unlimited free kilometers, maintenance, insurance

*** Minumum rental period is 72 hours.

*** Baby seat is provided upon request with the fee 4 Euro per day.

*** Navigation is provided upon request with the fee 4 Euro per day.

*** Airport pick up and drop off is included.

*** While you're taking the car, 150 € or credit card numbers will be taken as deposit.

*** Passport and ID copies should be provided while taking the car.

*** If you drop off in another city , 100 € drop off fee will be charged.

*** These rates are valid for getting the car in Istanbul. Please ask for the price collection outside of Istanbul.

*** If the vehicle is returned after the agreed return time, 1/3 of the daily rental rate is charged for every excess hour. If the delay is exceeded by 3 hours, the full day rental fee is charged.

ADDITIONAL CRIVERS In order to have additional person(s) drive the car along with the original renter, the details of their driving licence(s) must be registered in the rental agreement at the time of issuing contract. Otherwise all insurance coverage become void and both the renter and the additional driver(s) will be held fully responsible legally and financially for any and all damages and losses to Economic's property as well as to third parties.

TRAFFIC FINES

Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations that incur during the rental period are charged to the renter.

IMPORTANT NOTES
In case of an accident, the vehicle must not be moved from the accident site and the accident and alcohol reports must be obtained from the nearest police or gendarme station in order to have the insurance of Collision Damage Waiver remain valid.

 RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Lessor (Ekonomik Turizm ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.) hereby rents to the renter the vehicle described overleaf (herein called”the vehicle”) subject to all the terms conditions contained herein, the renter acknowledging these terms and conditions and rents the vehicle.

1.The renter received the vehicle in good order and conditions with the spare tyre, all tyres, tolls,car documents, accessories,and equipment as the date and the time stated overleaf with the same conditions that he/she delivered.  During the rental period, renter is liable fort the fuel consumed,  high way pass charges and traffic violation charges.

2. The vehicle shall not be driven by third parties except the renter and additional drivers stated in this agreement or by the person influenced of alchol or drugs. Otherwise the renter is liable for the resposibilities stated in this contract with the third parties.

3. That the vehicle shall not be operated; to transport goods in violation of customs regulations or in any other illegal manner, to carry passangers and property for a consideration expressed or implied, to propel or tow any vehicle or trailer , in motor sport events, or in the roads not open for vehicle traffic or over the capasity in terms of passenger and carry  or outside of Turkey.

4. Renter will allways lock the car, and take the  legal documents with him/her when not in use.

5. Lessor is not liable for any property left or lost in the car.

6. The renter is liable for the mechanical damages due to using wrong fuel type or using the car the place not proper or alloved for normal vehicle traffic.

7. The lessor is liable with the limits of traffic insurance and car damage (casco) insurance. As insurance policy, if any trafic accident accurs the renter will call police, take accident report and alchol test report , take the information about the second party of accident and deliver to the lessor. If the vehicle is stolen renter should bring the key and legal car document otherwise insurance do not cover the loss of vehicle. Renter shall be liable to pay which are not refounded under the insurance policy.

8. The renter is responsible to inform the lessor about the breakdown or other damages of car immediately.

9. In case of extention of the rental period or vehicle replacement the same conditions of this agreement is valid.

10.In case of accident or prevention of lease, renter is liable for the commercial loss of lessor which is calculated as sum of daily rental fee during the period in which the lessor is not able to rent the vehicle (period for prevention of lease)

11. The accidents accured through drunk vehicle driving,  the dammeges values incurred from the accidents that wont be taken under protocol by the lessor as well as unavailability of an alchol report and financial as well as moral indemnities to be paid to third parties shall be collected from the renter together with the all expences.

12.This contract is read, understood and agreed by renter with the sign, renter is agreed to be charged in any case of terms and condition violation of this contract. The check, credit card etc and every kind of guarantee taken from the renter as deposit shall be transformed in to cash in order to cover the commercial loss that might evantually ocur by virtue of the above mentioned reasons.
