DAILY GREEN BURSA TOUR
Pick up from your hotel around 08:00am. Then, we will drive to Bursa which was the first capital city of the Ottoman Empire. We will visit Grand Mosque, Green Tomb, which is famous with their Iznik tiles, and the historical Silk Market. After that, we will take the cable car to Uludag Mountain (cable car may not be operated due to bad weather condition. In this case, we will go towards the mountain by the tour’s minibus till restaurant). You will have free time to discover the richness of flora and fauna has made it into a National Park.
Return to Istanbul and transfer to your hotel in the late evening.

Bursa was the first capital city of the Ottoman Empire and it was famous for being the largest centre of silk trade in the Byzantine and later the Ottoman empires.
Grand Mosque was built by Yildirim Beyazit in 1396-1400. It was the largest and most ambitious Mosque in its time.
Green Tomb was built by Celebi Mehmet in 1421, is symbol of Bursa with valuable green tiles and octagonal shaped struction.
Old Silk Market (Koza Han) was built in 1451, accopied by silk merchants. The market is located between Grand Mosque and Orhan Mosque. There are 45 shops on first floor and 50 shops on second one.
Mount Uludag (Mount Olympos) is a popular center for winter sports such as skiing, and a national park of rich flora and fauna.
