DAY 1 - Arrival in Istanbul
Pick up from Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport and transfer to your hotel. This 7-day Turkey tour begins in the historic city of Istanbul, where Europe meets Asia.

DAY 2 - HAGIA SOPHIA MOSQUE - BLUE MOSQUE - GRAND BAZAAR - HIPPODROME SQUARE - TOPKAPI PALACE TOUR (B, L)
Pick up from your hotel around 08:10am. We will start visiting Hippodrome Square where we will see Obelisk of Theodosius, Serpentine Column, and Fountain of Wilhelm II. After that, we will visit Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia (from outside). Grand Bazaar will be our last place to visit before having the lunch. After lunch, we will continue to visit Topkapi Palace (Harem is not included). At the end of the tour, we will see Hagia Irene Church. Return to your hotel around 17:00.

DAY 3 - Transfer from your hotel in Istanbul to Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport. Flight to Nevsehir or Kayseri Airport (around 07:00am). Pick up from Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport and shuttle transfer to Cappadocia.

DEVRENT VALLEY - MONK'S VALLEY - AVANOS - GOREME - UCHISAR CASTLE / NORTH - RED TOUR (L)
First, we will visit Devrent Valley to see the animals shaped fairy-chimneys. After that, we will drive to Pasabag (Monk's Valley) to see the most interesting mushroom-shaped pinnacles. Avanos is our next stop where you can watch the potters at work using kick wheels. In the afternoon, we will continue to the beautiful open air museum at Goreme where the remains of rock-cut churches and Christian settlements date back hundreds of years. We finish our tour visiting the natural castle at Uchisar. Return to your hotel around 16:00.

DAY 4 - RED VALLEY - ROSE VALLEY - CAVUSIN VILLAGE - PIGEONS VALLEY - KAYMAKLI UNDERGROUND CITY - ORTAHISAR CASTLE / SOUTH - GREEN TOUR (B, L)
Pick up from your hotel around 10:00. We will start visiting Red Valley (Kizil Vadi) and explore the famous rock-cut churches by walking 5 km through the Rose Valley (Gulludere Vadisi) till Cavusin Village. This village is famous for the houses and churches of the Christian clergymen. After lunch, we will continue to Pigeons Valley and then drive to Kaymakli underground city, where early Christians lived in fear and faith. On the way back, visit the natural castles at Ortahisar. The tour finishes around 16:00.

One of the before mentioned tours can be replaced with Derinkuyu and Ihlara Valley Tour upon your request.

Shuttle transfer to Kayseri Airport. Flight to Izmir Airport (around 22:00pm).

DAY 5 - VIRGIN MARY HOUSE - THE TEMPLE OF ARTEMIS - EPHESUS TOUR (B, L)
Pick up from your hotel around 09:00. We will start visiting the Virgin Mary‘s House which is located on the top of the "Bulbul" Mountain. After that, we will drive to Ephesus Ancient Site to see the Odeon, Agora, Domitianus Temple, Roman Latrine, Theatre, The Fountain of Trajan, the stream baths of Scholastic, the temple of Hadrian, impressive library of Ephesus (Celsius Library) and the Grand Theatre where Saint Paul preached.

After lunch, we will continue to the Temple of Artemis (Diana) to see little remains of the temple. Return to your hotel around 16:00.

Accommodation in Kusadasi


Pick up from your hotel around 08:00. Then, we will drive to Pamukkale. We will visit the north gate of Hierapolis ancient city, the Necropolis (cemetery) with over 1.200 graves, Roman Bath, Domitian Gate, the Main Street, and Byzantine Gate. After that, we will continue to natural part of Pamukkale. We walk down on walking path while 35ºC Spring water flowing around your feet.

You will have free time for relaxing in the ancient Cleopatra’s pool (entrance fee is not included in the tour price), where you can swim amongst Roman ruins. Please take your towel, sunglasses and swimming suit. The tour finishes around 16:00.

Shuttle transfer to Denizli Airport. Flight to Istanbul (around 20:00pm).

Pick up from Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport and transfer back to your hotel in Istanbul.

Hagia Sophia was the largest church for nearly thousand years, after it was built in 360 by Emperor Constantius. Its architects were geometry experts Isidorus of Miletus and master mathematician Anthemius of Tralles. Justinian, on entering Hagia Sophia for first time, exclaimed, “Glory to God that I have been judged worthy of such a work. Oh Solomon! I have outdone you!”
Blue Mosque was built by Sedefkar Mehmet Aga upon the order of Sultan Ahmed I in the 17th century. The “blue” of the mosque is comes from the blue tiles surrounding the walls of interior design. 
Hippodrome square was the sporting and social centre of Constantinople in Byzantine period. Then, the hippodrome was converted to Horse Square where Jereed (a special old Turkish horseman competition with Javelin) games were held. Today, it is an open-air museum with various monuments from different periods. 
Grand Bazaar is one of the largest and oldest covered bazaar in the world with 61 streets and over 4.000 shops (handmade carpets, jewellery, leather, souvenirs…). 
Topkapi Palace was built by Mehmet II after the conquest of Constantinople in 15th century. It was served as the home of the Ottoman Sultans until Dolmabahce Palace was constructed in 1839. There are four courtyard in the palace. The Topkapi treasury is housed in the four rooms of Conqueror’s Pavillion. The Harem of Topkapi Palace was an area restricted to the Sultan’s private family (the tour will not cover the Harem part of palace). 
Obelisk of Theodosius, the oldest monument of Constantinople, was carved around 1450 BC. It was erected by the emperor Theodosius in 390. 
Serpentine Column is a three-headed snake carved by the ancient Greeks. The monument was moved from Delphi by Constantine after the victory of the Greeks over the Persians.
Walled Obeliks was built by Emperor Constantine in the 10th century. It was originally covered with gilded bronze plaques, but they were stolen and melted down for re-use by Latin troops in the Fourth Crusade. 
Fountain of Wilhelm II was constructed to commemorate the second anniversary of German Emperor Wilhelm II's visit to Istanbul in 1898. 

Devrent Valley is one of the few untouched area of Cappadocia. This valley is only shaped by erosion. Another name of the valley is Imaginary Valley or Pink Valley. Because this valley has the animals shaped chimney, you can see hares, camels, snakes, seals, dolphins, gazelles... may be others.
Pasabag (Monk's Valley) has the most beautiful fairy-chimneys in Cappadocia, which are more than 10 meters high and have double or triple rock caps.
Avanos is located on the banks of Kizilirmak River. This town is famous for potteries who use Kizilirmak's red clay. During your visit, you can make your own potter after a short lesson :).
Goreme is located among the "fairy chimney" rock formations. There are the most beautiful rock cut churches (belong to the 11th - 12th - 13th centuries - with frescoes) in Goreme Valley which itself has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1984.
Uchisar Castle is the highest point of the Cappadocia Region. That is a perfect opportunity to observe a panoramic view of the landscape.
Red Valley is located between Goreme and Cavusin Village and it is a popular hiking route in Cappadocia. You can see some cave churches and pigeon houses there.
Kaymakli Underground City has ten levels, several chapels, warehouses, stables, and also a ventilation duct. This city was began to excavate by Hittites.
Ortahisar Castle is located in the middle of the Cappadocia area which was used as a fortress in Byzantine times.
Temple of Artemis was a Greek Temple, dedicated to Artemis who was the daughter of Zeus and was the goddess of the hunt, wild animals, and wilderness. This temple was one of the Seven Wonders of The World.
Ephesus Theatre's capacity was 25.000 spectators, used for dramas in antique-greek times and gladiator combats in Roman times.
Celsus Library was built by Celsus' son. 12.000 documents (scrolls) had served in this Library in its time.
Odeon was a small theater which had 1.500 spectators capacity and built by Vedius Antonius and his wife for plays and concerts in 150 AD.
Domitianus Temple was one of the largest temple in the city. There was the store rooms on the west side.
Trajan Fountain was built by Emperor Trajan. Giant statue of Emperor Trajan was located in the center niche.
Roman Latrine was the public toilets which were in the same room without separation.
Virgin Mary House was believed by many Christians that Virgin Mary lived in this house as well as St John.
Hierapolis is located on the top of a hill. Since the ancient time, this city was the hot spring (spa) center. The ancient city of Hierapolis consists of the theatre, Temple of Apollo, Antique Pool, The Bath, Cleopatra's Pool, Necropolis and, Hierapolis Archeology Museum.
White Travertines is formed by Calcium Carbonate. When the thermal spring water is flowing, it leaves the Calcium Carbonate on the surface of the travertine. In the beginning it is like a gel, then it gets harder and becomes cotton-shaped white travertine.
